Payment Process:

To secure a week at Maison de la Mer, please submit an inquiry to reservations@maison-mer.com

Once the week is confirmed available, a quote will be issued along with booking agreement. 

After signing the booking agreement, a 25% deposit will be requested to secure the week.  

Remainder will be due 30 days prior to the guest's arrival date. 

Security Deposit:

A $1000 hold will be placed on the guest's card 2 days prior to the arrival date.  This deposit will be released within 7 days after the guest's stay (unless there are damages to the property.)

Refund Policy:

Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
